医药电商平台的药品信息搜寻行为模型研究

摘　　要：从信息源、信息内容、信息搜寻行为等方面分析了医药电商平台的特征,以Big6信息问题解决模型为基础,构建了用户药品信息搜寻行为模型,并使用问卷调查的方法验证了模型的有效性。提出的药品信息搜寻行为模型可作为今后药品信息搜寻行为研究的基础,为图书馆开展健康信息服务提供参考,为医药电商平台优化药品信息组织提供理论支持。This paper analyzes the characteristics of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform from aspects of information source,information content and information seeking behavior,constructs a drug information seeking behavior model based on the Big6 information problem-solving model,and uses questionnaires to verify the effectiveness of the model.The drug information seeking behavior model proposed in our study can be used as a basis for future research on drug information seeking behavior,provide a reference for libraries to improve health information services and provide theoretical support for pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms to optimize drug information organization.
