摘 要:本研究介绍了防电磁辐射织物的屏蔽机理和屏蔽效果评价,阐述了影响织物屏蔽效能的因素,搭建了镀银长丝及赛络菲尔纱双向垂直交点相接的机织物模型。在不同的电磁波辐射频率下,应用自主设计研发的纺织材料防电磁辐射性能测试仪对其进行测试,根据测试结果分析功能纱线网格对角线长度、网格耦合作用、镀银含量及频率对屏蔽效能的影响,为指导防电磁辐射机织物的研发提供了理论依据。In order to guide the research and development of anti-electromagnetic radiation woven fabric based on silver-plated filament,the shielding mechanism and shielding effect evaluation of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric were introduced,and the factors affecting the shielding effectiveness of fabric were expounded.The silver-plated filament and its collateral were built.The woven fabric model of the two-way vertical intersection of the Phil yarn is tested by the patented test instrument for the anti-electromagnetic radiation performance tester of the textile material developed by the independent electromagnetic wave radiation frequency.The functional yarn is analyzed according to the test result.The influence of grid diagonal length,grid coupling,silver plating content and frequency on shielding effectiveness provides a theoretical basis for guiding the development of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabrics that meet daily life requirements at different frequencies.
