摘  要:采用一定比例线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)对聚丙烯(PP)进行共混改性纺制大直径单丝,通过对共混单丝的力学性能、扫描电子显微镜及热性能测试,研究了共混比例、增容剂的添加量以及后拉伸工艺对共混物的相容性与拉伸强度、勾结强度的影响。结果表明:用LLDPE共混改性提高了PP单丝的韧性;马来酸酐接枝EVA的加入能有效改善PP、LLDPE两相间的相容性;拉伸倍率及拉伸温度是影响单丝力学性能的主要加工因素。最佳拉伸倍率为12倍,一级拉伸温度为92℃,二级拉伸温度为115℃。A certain percentage of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)was blended with the polypropylene(PP)to spin large diameter monofilaments.The influences of the blend ratio of PP and LLDPE,the compatibilizer content,and post-drawing technology on the compatibility and mechanical properties of the monofilaments were investigated with scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and tensile test.The results demonstrated that the toughness of the monofilaments was improved by blending;the addition of MAH-EVA could improve the compatibility of PP and LLDPE effectively;The stretching ratio and temperature were the major factors to determine the mechanical properties of the monofilaments.The best stretching ratio was 12,the temperature during first stretching was 92℃,the temperature during succeeding stretching was 115℃.
