摘　　要：为实现老旧设备的升级改造,达到减少用工、降低劳动强度、节约成本的目的,通过对细纱短车集落改造形式进行比较,对改造后的使用情况进行对比分析,并结合生产实际提出了具体的优化建议。研究认为,短车集落改造后系统运行稳定,实施后有效降低用工成本、减轻工人劳动强度;建议与电子升降系统进行同步改造,确保机台生产效率。In order to realize the upgrading and reconstruction of old equipment,to achieve the purpose of reducing labor,reducing labor intensity,and saving costs,through a detailed comparison of the transformation mode of the spun yarn short colony,and a comparative analysis of the use after the transformation,and Based on the actual production,specific optimization suggestions were put forward.The research believes that the system runs stably after the short-crowd colony transformation,and the implementation has effectively reduced labor costs and labor intensity.It is recommended to synchronize the transformation with the electronic lifting system to ensure the production efficiency of the machine.
