摘　　要：本研究以纺制紧密纺CF2.9 tex特细支纱为例,介绍了纺制紧密纺特细支纱,细纱紧密纺主要专件器材配置和使用情况,通过优化配置细纱专件器材和工艺配置以及采取必要的整车措施,紧密纺特细支纱质量水平和千锭时断头率达到了预期效果,为纺特细支纱积累了丰富的经验。This study takes spinning compact spinning CF2.9 tex extra fine count yarn as an example,and introduces the spinning and spinning of extra fine count yarn.The main components and equipment of fine yarn spinning are configured and used.The technical configuration and the necessary measures for the entire vehicle,the quality level of compact spinning ultra-fine count yarns and the end break rate at 1000 spindles have achieved the expected results,and accumulated rich experience for spinning ultra-fine count yarns.
