摘  要:使用高温固相法制备Ce^3+掺杂的Na2Ca3Si2O8荧光粉。通过控制单一变量法改变Ce^3+在荧光粉中的掺杂量。通过荧光光谱、扫描电镜等表征手段,对其发光性能及形貌做了进一步探究。结果表明:在Na2Ca3Si2O8:Ce^3+荧光粉体系中,Ce^3+的掺杂量对发光强度有不同的影响,但都发生了荧光浓度淬灭现象。掺杂Ce^3+的荧光粉,当掺杂量x=0.03时,具有最大的发光强度和最长的余辉时间。Ce^3+ion doped Na 2Ca 3Si 2O 8:Re 3+phosphor was prepared by high temperature solid phase method.By changing the control of a single variable method doping amount of rare earth ions in the phosphor,and then by fluorescence spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy characterization methods luminescence properties and morphology were further explored.The results show that in the Na 2Ca 3Si 2O 8:Ce^3+phosphor system,the doping amount of Ce^3+has different effects on the luminescence intensity of the sample,but the fluorescence concentration quenching phenomenon occurs.The Ce^3+doped phosphor has the largest luminescence intensity and the longest afterglow time when the doping amount is x=0.03.
