摘  要:以灯盏花为对象,采用超临界CO2萃取技术进行灯盏花素提取工艺条件优化研究。通过考查萃取温度、萃取压力、夹带剂加入量、CO2流量、萃取时间因素条件,以灯盏花素提取率为指标,设计正交试验确定提取条件。试验结果表明,灯盏花素超临界CO2流体萃取最佳工艺条件为萃取温度60℃,萃取压力20 MPa,夹带剂加入量30 mL,CO2流量21 L/h,萃取时间3 h,在此条件下灯盏花素提取率可达到4.36%。This research introduced the optimal case of breviscapine which obtained from Erigeron breviscapus by Supercritical carbon dioxide.Extraction temperature,extraction pressure,amount of entrainer,CO2 flow rate and extraction time were taken as factor experiments to maximize the extraction of breviscapine.Extraction conditions were optimized by the orthogonal experiment:the extraction temperature was 60℃,the extraction pressure was 20 MPa,the amount of entrainer was 30 mL,the CO2 flow rate was 21 L/h,the extraction time was 3 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of breviscapine from Erigeron breviscapus was 4.36%.
