摘 要:长距离管线输油除流量检测外,为实现输油过程控制,还需要测量流速、混油比例等多个参数。本文基于超声波流量计,研究实现输油管线流量、流速、流体密度、混油浓度等多参数测量的超声波方法,并实现气泡含量预警等功能。超声波流量检测方法可以实现无接触测量,测量管段内无阻流元件,便于输油管线清扫等工作。因此超声波测量方法能更好地适应管线输油作业测量和控制需要。In addition to the flow measurement,the measure of flow rate,the proportion of mixed oil and other parameters is necessary in order to achieve long-distance pipeline transportation process control.In this paper,the method of measuring the flow rate,the flow quantity,the density of the liquid,the concentration of the mixed oil and other parameters of the oil pipeline is studied by using ultrasonic wave.Thefunction of the bubble content warningis realized.The ultrasonic flow measurement method can achieve non-contact measurement,and there is no throttling elementin the measurement pipe section,it is easy for cleaning the oil pipeline and other work.Therefore,the ultrasonic method can be better adapted to the measurement and control of field pipeline oil transportation.
