摘　　要：本文描述了中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司化工一期甲醇装置扩能改造的项目背景、扩能改造方案,详细讲述了扩能改造施工期间的安全管理要点、扩能压缩机单体试车和联动试车的风险研判及采取的措施,最终一次性安全并入生产运行,为同类装置扩能改造项目建设及试车提供了可复制、可借鉴、可推广的经验。This paper describes the project background and scheme of capacity expansion of the methanol plant in the first phase of Chinacoal Shaanxi Yulin Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,describes in detail the key points of safety management,the risk judgment and measures taken for the single and linkage commissioning of the capacity expansion compressorduring the construction period,and finally safely put into production once and for all,which provides replicable,referential and popularized experience for the construction and commissioning of similar plant expansion projects.
