摘　　要：石油开采过程中需要添加几种化学助剂,破乳剂就是其中必不可少的一种,经过大量室内评选实验,优选几种型号的破乳剂,进行现场运行实验,实验结果表明:KS-50-41破乳剂效果优于之前使用的PT-6752破乳剂,使用后Heglig油田水含量最低可达1.5%;Neem油田调整注剂量可使含水量达0.1%;Diffra油田调整注剂量可使含水量达1.5%,满足了生产需要,降低了成本。Several chemical auxiliaries need to be added in the process of petroleum exploitation,and demulsifiers are essential.After a large number of indoor selection experiments,several types of demulsifiers were selected for on-site operation experiments.The results showed that the effect of KS-50-41 demulsifier was better than PT-6752 demulsifier,the water content of Heglig oilfield is as low as 1.5%,the water content of Neem oilfield can reach 0.1%by adjusting injection dosage,and the water content of Diffra oilfield can reach 1.5%by adjusting injection dosage.It meets the production needs and reduce costs.
