摘　　要：空军油料后勤保障走向军民融合式发展道路是高效能全方位精准航空油料后勤保障的必由之路。结合空军油料后勤保障的特点,本文着重从发展道路的制度性障碍、油料与装设备标准不一的问题和继续完善政策扶持和激励作用的三个方面对空军油料后勤保障的军民融合式发展进行了理论探索研究,认为空军后勤油料保障的相关政策设计需要继续加强航空油料行业内军民融合发展的良好生态,继续提高军民融合政策的导向作用和前瞻性建设作用,以加快空军油料军民融合式保障模式的建设。Air Force oil logistics support to the military-civilian integration development road is the only way to high-efficiency all-directional accurate aviation oil logistics support.According to the characteristics of air force oil logistics support,this paper focuses on the research of military-civilian integration development of air force oil logistics support from three aspects:the system obstacle of development,the problem of different standards of oil and equipment and the continuous improvement of policy support and incentive function.The construction of the air-air fuel-military fusion type security model.
