摘 要:针对难降解有毒废水难于处理的问题,本文研究了催化湿式氧化法处理有机磷农药废水的工艺条件,考察了氧投加量、温度及有机物初始浓度对有机磷农药废水COD去除率的影响,结果表明:供氧量为所需矿化COD需氧量的3倍,反应温度为240℃,压力为5.0 MPa时,反应15 min时有机磷废水(COD=2000~2500 mg/L)的总磷(TP)去除率可达97%以上;另外,研究还建立了该氧化降解反应的指数型动力学模型。In view of the problem that it is difficult to treat the refractory toxic wastewater,this work studies the technological conditions of catalytic wet air oxidation for the treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide wastewater,and investigates the effects of oxygen dosage,temperature and initial concentration of organic matter on the COD removal rate of organic phosphorus pesticide wastewater.The results show that,when the oxygen supply was three times of the required COD demand of mineralized COD with 240℃of reaction temperature and 5.0 MPa of pressure,the removal rate of total phosphorus(TP)from organic phosphorus wastewater(COD=2000~2500 mg/L)was over 97%during 15min reaction.In addition,the exponential kinetic model of the oxidative degradation reaction was established.
