摘　　要：通过对三级传动行星齿轮减速箱常见失效形式进行分析,找出其原始设计缺陷,重新优化了减速箱设计参数,并在结构设计、材料选择等环节提出要求,最终实现了减速箱的国产化改造,消除了减速箱常见故障,保证了装置的稳定运行。This paper analyzes the common failure forms of the three-stage planetary gear reducer,finds out its original design defects,re-optimizes the design parameters of the reducer,and puts forward the requirements in the structural design,material selection and other links,finally realizes the localization transformation of the reducer,eliminates the common faults of the reducer,and ensures the stable operation of the device.
