摘　　要：公民社会组织在健康老龄化领域工作中发挥着重要及不可替代的作用。文章采用态势(strengths weakness opportunity threats,SWOT)分析法对公民社会组织参与健康老龄化领域工作进行分析,明确了内部的优势和劣势、外部的机遇和威胁。根据分析结果提出公民社会组织参与健康老龄化领域工作的完善策略。指出公民社会组织要发掘组织内部的优势与机会,减轻自身压力,充分利用发展机遇迎接外部挑战,以促进健康老龄化工作的全面发展。Civil Society Organizations(CSOs)play an important and irreplaceable role in the field of healthy aging.This study analyzed the participation of CSOs in the field of healthy aging by means of the analysis of situation weakness opportunity threats(SWOT),and clarified the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.Based on the results of the analysis,the strategies to improve the participation of CSOs in the field of healthy aging were proposed.It was pointed out that CSOs should explore their internal advantages and opportunities,reduce their own pressure,make full use of development opportunities to meet external challenges,so as to promote the overall development of healthy aging.
