摘  要:以全雌系苦瓜为母本,与强雌系苦瓜和强雄系苦瓜杂交获得杂交一代,对杂种一代连续自交两次进行性别定向选育,最终获得稳定的强雌系苦瓜育种新品系.新品系雌花率大于90%,是选育早熟丰产苦瓜新品种的优良材料.利用AgNO3诱导全雌系苦瓜分化两性花,成功收获全雌系种子,为单性系瓜类作物留种提供了借鉴.Gynoecious of Momordica charantia L. was used as the female parent to cross with the strong female line and the strong male line of bitter melon to obtain a hybrid generation. Sex-directed breeding was carried out twice in succession for the hybrid generation,and a stable new strong female line of bitter melon was finally obtained. The female flower rate of the new strain is more than 90%,which is an excellent material for breeding new varieties of bitter melon with early maturity and high yield. AgNO3 was used to induce bisexual flower differentiation of Gynoecious Momordica charantia,then seeds were harvested successfully,which provided a reference for the reserve of parthenogenesis melon crops.
