不同植物生长调节剂对罗浮山五指毛桃种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：探讨不同植物生长调节剂对五指毛桃种子萌发影响,筛选出适合五指毛桃种子萌发的植物生长调节剂种类、浓度和浸种时间.结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂种类、浓度及不同浸种时间对种子发芽率的影响不同,其中以200 mg.L-1的6-BA浸种24h的处理效果最好.In order to studies effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination of Ficus hirta in Luofu Mountain,this paper studies Ficus hirta,screening for Ficus hirta seed germination of plant growth regulator and concentration and seed soaking time.This results showed that different plant growth regulator and different concentration and different soaking time had different effects on germination rate of seeds,and the treatment effect of 24 h with 200 mg.L-1 of 6-BA reagent was the best.
