惠州市小学生体质健康水平动态变化研究——基于永湖镇中心小学近5年数据分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料、数据统计、对比分析对五年惠阳区永湖镇中心小学的体质健康测试结果进行研究,结果表明:永湖镇中心小学2014-2018年学生总体优秀率呈下降趋势;学生身体形态变化不明显;心肺功能处于一个稳定逐渐缓慢上升的阶段;学生身体整体素质呈下降趋势.建议:学生家长应提高对学生体质健康测试的关注;体育教师要积极培养学生对体育锻炼的兴趣;学校要根据学生年龄阶段特征合理安排组织学生进行课外体育活动;国家主管部门要贯彻学生全面发展的教育方针,做好学校体质健康工作的后勤保障工作.Through literature, data statistics and comparative analysis, the results of physical health test in the five years of Huiyang Yong Hu Township Central Primary School were studied. The results indicated that the overall excellent rate of students from 2014 to2018 showed a downward trend;the body shape of students was not changed obviously;the cardiopulmonary function was in a stable and slowly rising stage;the overall physical quality of students demonstrated downward trend. Suggestions: Parents of students should pay more attention to students’ physical fitness test and physical education teachers should actively cultivate students’ interest in physical exercise. Schools should arrange and organize students’ extracurricular sports activities rationally according to the characteristics of students’ age stages while the state departments concerned should implement the educational policy of students’ all-round development and do a good job in logistical support of school physical fitness work.
