摘　　要：公共建设规模庞大,施工企业在竞争激烈的环境下,逐微利以求生似乎成了必然的现象。当承包厂商通过公开竞争中标的工程,其合约价在该工程计划成本中却隐含着政治、经济、施工风险等在内因素,稍有疏忽失误,便将面临严重的亏损局面。本研究将讨论设计建造统包执行架构下,统包商在报价阶段所面临的成本风险问题。Public construction scale is huge,construction enterprises in a highly competitive environment,it seems inevitable to live on a shoestring budget.When the contractor wins the contract through open competition,its contract price in the project cost contains political,economic,construction risk and other factors,a little negligence,will face a serious loss situation.This study will discuss the cost risk faced by turnkey contractors in the bidding phase under the design-build turnkey implementation framework.
