摘　　要：在“大众创新,万众创业”战略的深入实施下,中小微企业成为科技创新的关键主导力量。中小微企业内部存在着诸多问题,约束中小微企业发展壮大的主要原因还是中小微企业的融资难问题。尽管中小微企业融资融资问题一直受到社会各界的关注与重视;但是,中小微企业贷款难的呼声仍不见减弱。这种问题在努力构建国际科技创新中心的粤港澳大湾区同样存在。因此,本文首先厘清中小微企业的融资渠道,再通过构建动态博弈过程,对中小微企业的融资行为进行分析;后给出解决这些问题的对策,以促进科技型中小微企业健康发展。With the in-depth implementation of the"mass innovation,mass entrepreneurship"strategy,smes have become an important leading force in scientific and technological innovation.There are many problems in small and micro enterprises,the main reason for the restriction of the development of small and micro enterprises is the financing problem.Although the financing of small,medium and micro enterprises has been the concern and attention of all sectors of society;However,the small,medium and micro enterprises loans difficult voice still did not abate.Such problems also exist in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area,which is striving to become an international centre for scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,this paper first clarifies the financing channels of smes,and then analyzes the financing behaviors of smes by constructing a dynamic game process.The countermeasures to solve these problems are given to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
