摘 要:本文研究近五年的统计数据,从京沈高铁建设基本数据,结合中心轴理论,通过交通运输对区域经济中心轴产生影响的理论分析,结合高速铁路自身的特点,找出高铁对旅游城市空间格局的影响研究。在行政功能定位、空间发展格局、房地产开发及土地价格、交通一体化、特色景观设定、文化节宣传等方面提出了政策上的发展保证并结合区域辐射理论、中心城市发展轴理论、地理格局与高速铁路运营的联系上的相应论证,并在城市运输通道理论指导下,分别从沿线三个核心地以及两省城市点、以及承德国际旅游城市区位战略的角度,研究高速铁路对区域空间格局影响的积极作用。This paper studies the statistical data in the past five years,from the basic data of Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway construction,combined with the central axis theory,through the theoretical analysis of the impact of transportation on the regional economic central axis,combined with the characteristics of high-speed railway itself,to find out the impact of high-speed railway on the spatial pattern of tourism cities.In the aspects of administrative function orientation,spatial development pattern,real estate development and land price,traffic integration,characteristic landscape setting,cultural festival publicity,etc.,the paper puts forward the development guarantee on policy,and demonstrates the corresponding connection between regional radiation theory,central city development axis theory,geographical pattern and high-speed railway operation,and under the guidance of urban transport channel theory,respectively from the perspective of three core areas along the line,two provincial city points and location strategy of Chengde international tourism city,this paper studies the positive effect of high-speed railway on regional spatial pattern.
