摘　　要：对于社会资本方投资PPP项目来说,如何才能顺利推动,完成政府方要求的投融资、建设、运营等职责,实现自身的利益诉求,无论是央企、国企还是民营企业而言都是难点痛点,其中项目融资又是项目成败的关键点和必要条件,因此,在拓展PPP项目前,社会资本方应落实PPP项目融资需要哪些条件应认真分析。For the social capital side to invest in PPP projects,how can it be smoothly promoted,complete the investment and financing,construction,operation and other responsibilities required by the government side,and realize its own interests,whether it is central enterprises,state-owned enterprises or private enterprises are difficult.Among them,project financing is the key point and necessary condition for the success or failure of the project.Therefore,before expanding a PPP project,the social capital party should carefully analyze what conditions are needed to implement PPP project financing.
