摘　　要：根据肖家河水库大坝具体的建设特点,结合国内面板坝施工经验和教训,通过制定有针对性的质量制度和措施,对水库坝基处理,坝体堆石填筑,大坝面板混凝土面板浇筑施工质量进行了严格控制与管理,使大坝施工全过程均在受控状态下进行,工程运行至今,未发生渗流异常的现象。According to the specific construction characteristics of the Xiaojiahe Reservoir dam,combined with domestic construction dam construction experiences and lessons,through the formulation of targeted quality systems and measures,strict control and management of dam foundation treatment,dam body rockfill and dam slab concrete slab pouring construction quality are conducted,so that the entire process of the dam construction is carried out under controlled conditions.So far,the project has not seen any abnormal seepage.
