盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的效果及不良反应率观察

摘　　要：目的探讨过敏性鼻炎患者应用盐酸戴卓斯坦鼻喷雾剂治疗的临床疗效及不良反应观察。方法选取自2017年6月至2018年6月于抚顺矿务局总医院鼻喉科病房接受治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗方案,试验组30例,应用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后鼻部症状VAS评分及鼻部刺激、支气管哮喘等不良反应发生率、临床疗效情况。结果治疗后①对照组:鼻部VAS症状评分(5.28±1.26);不良反应13.33%;临床总有效率83.33%;②试验组:鼻部VAS症状评分(3.41±1.24);不良反应6.67%;临床总有效率93.33%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂对过敏性鼻炎患者流涕、喷嚏等鼻部刺激症状具有良好的抑制作用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy and adverse reactions of Dazhuostane hydrochloride nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the rhinolaryngology ward of Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The experimental group and the control group were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.The control group consisted of 30 patients treated with Momisone furoate nasal spray.The experimental group consisted of 30 patients treated with azostine hydrochloride nasal spray.The clinical effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,①Control group:nasal VAS symptom score(5.28±1.26);adverse reaction 13.33%;total clinical effective rate 83.33%;②test group:nasal VAS symptom score(3.41±1.24);adverse reaction 6.67%;clinical The total effective rate was 93.33%;the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azolastine hydrochloride nasal spray has excellent clinical effi cacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
