摘 要:种养结合生态循环农业,能有效解决农村环境污染、改善农民生活环境,是发展绿色农业的有效载体。本文以淮安市为例,详细分析了欠发达地区当前种养循环农业模式产业规划、标准化生产、服务组织等方面存在的问题,并就如何破解发展难题,促进种养循环农业发展提出相应的对策。Integrated planting and breeding ecological circular agriculture can effectively solve rural environmental pollution and improve the living environment of farmers,and is an effective carrier for the development of green agriculture.Taking Huai’ an City as an example,this paper analyzed the problems existing in industrial planning,standardized production,and service organization in the development of the current planting and breeding circular agricultural model in less-developed areas in detail,and proposed corresponding countermeasures to solve the development difficulties and promote the development of the planting and breeding circular agriculture.
