口腔临床专业硕士研究生档案管理探究

摘　　要：研究生档案是研究生阶段学习与成长的重要记录,是高校研究生人才培养的重要参考。通过分析专业硕士研究生期间档案的组成,发现研究生档案管理常见问题,进一步规范专业硕士研究生档案管理。通过探索研究生档案管理信息化的体系,加强档案经办管理人员的综合素质,为研究生档案管理提供思路。Through the analysis of the archives’composition during the period of professional postgraduates,we found out the common problems in the archives’management of the postgraduates,further standardized the archives’management of the professional postgraduates.Through exploring the information system of postgraduate archives management and strengthening the comprehensive quality of archives manager,we provided ideas for postgraduate archives management.
