摘  要:随着社会对高素质技术技能人才需求的增大,高职院校在课程标准和人才培养方案方面既要考虑技术技能培训,也要考虑人文素养培养。茶文化涉及到人文美学,茶道精神有助于提高学生的思想道德水平及人际交往能力。茶艺师与评茶师等相关职业技能证书的获得能增强学生的技术技能水平并拓宽就业渠道。对统计数据的分析显示了在高职院校曾设茶文化课程的必要性和可行性。With the social demand for high-quality talents with technical skills increasing,higher vocational institutes shall consider not only the technical skill training but also the humanistic quality cultivation in curriculum standards and talent training programs.Involved in humanistic aesthetics,tea culture is conducive to improving students’ideological and moral level and interpersonal skills through the spirit of tea ceremony.The professional skill certificates on qualification of tea artists and tea assessors can not only enhance students’technical skills but also broaden their employment channels.Analysis on the statistical data shows the necessity and feasibility of tea culture course in higher vocational institutes.
