摘　　要：零部件的快速更新换代与武器系统的长寿命周期,导致了系统制造源萎缩和材料短缺(DMSMS)问题的产生。并且随着电子技术的创新发展,DMSMS问题变得日益严重。在此背景下,美国国防部制定了SD-22DMSMS管理指南。对SD-22 DMSMS管理指南进行了解决。首先,介绍了DMSMS管理的内涵与重要性;然后,从准备、识别、评估、分析和实施5个方面详细地阐述了DMSMS管理的过程,以期对相关技术人员更加全面地了解DMSMS管理,从而以更低的成本解决DMSMS问题有所帮助。Rapid replacement of components and long life cycle of weapon system lead to the DMSMS problem of system.And with the development of electronic technology,DMSMS is becoming more and more serious.Against this background,the US Department of Defense has developed SD-22 DMSMS management guide.Firstly,the connotation and importance of DMSMS management are introduced.Then,the process of DMSMS management is explained in detail from the five aspects of preparation,identification,evaluation,analysis and implementation so as to help relevant technicians more comprehensively understand DMSMS management and solve the DMSMS problem at a lower cost.
