摘　　要：三级公立医院在我国医疗领域中发挥着重要的引领作用,对整合和有效利用医疗资源、实现全民健康目标具有重要影响,在现代医院管理制度试点单位中,三级医院占绝大部分,因而研究三级医院视角下建立健全现代医院管理制度的问题具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。探讨了三级医院建立健全现代医院管理制度的内涵,进一步分析了三级医院在建立健全现代医院管理制度的过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。The tertiary public hospitals play an important leading role in the medical field in China,and occupy a very important position in integrating and effectively utilizing medical resources and achieving the goal of universal health. In the pilot units of the modern hospital management system,the tertiary hospitals account for the vast majority,so study on problems of establishing modern hospital management system from the perspective of the tertiary hospitals has important theoretical and practical significance. The paper discussed the connotation of the establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system in tertiary hospitals,and further analyzed the main problems in the process of establishing and perfecting modern hospital management system in tertiary hospitals,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
