北京市38家医院恶性肿瘤化疗质控结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析北京市38家医院2016年和2018年恶性肿瘤化疗质控结果变化情况,发现存在的问题,提出改进建议。方法采用专家组论证设计的质控检查表分别于2016年和2018年对38家医院进行恶性肿瘤化疗质控检查,每一年度每家医院检查10份肿瘤化疗住院病历,每年共检查380份病历。结果2018年检查医院在医疗质量管理制度建设、治疗过程质控以及化疗药物合理使用3个方面的质控得分均好于2016年;同时2018年肿瘤科的质控得分也均好于2016年(P<0.05),非肿瘤科的质控得分差异不明显(P>0.05);同一年份肿瘤科间的质控得分均好于非肿瘤科(P<0.05)。结论北京市38家医院恶性肿瘤化疗质控效果明显,未来还需进一步完善医疗质量管理制度,加强化疗治疗过程以及化疗药物合理使用等方面质控管理。Objective To analyze the quality control result of cancer chemotherapy in 38 hospitals in Beijing in 2016 and 2018,then to discover the main problems and make recommendations for improvement.Methods A questionnaire designed by experts was used to examine 38 hospitals in 2016 and 2018.10 medical records in each hospital were examined.A total of 380 medical records were examined every year.Results The scores of system construction,quality control of treatment process and rational use of drugs in 2018 were better than those in 2016(P<0.05).The scores of Oncology Department were also better than those in 2016(P<0.05).The scores of non-oncology Departments were not significantly different(P>0.05).The scores of Oncology Department in the same year were better than those of non-oncology department(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control effect of cancer chemotherapy in38 hospitals is obvious.In the future,the medical quality management system should be further perfected,the quality control management of chemotherapy treatment process be strengthened and chemotherapeutic drugs be rationally used and so on.
