以后现代合作对话实践为载体构建新型医患关系

摘　　要：合作对话原是后现代主义思潮衍生出的一种基于家庭的心理治疗技术,现已应用于包括心理在内的教育、社区、督导、教练、组织咨询等多个领域,近年进入国内,受到广泛关注。在回顾合作对话相关概念的基础上,概述了它的实践过程和应用现况;并从目前国内医患关系的心理成因分析出发,提出了通过构建合作式病情沟通与治疗决策模式,构建合作式查房与心理疏导模式,构建合作式诊断、治疗与康复方案定制模式,构建合作式医患沟通经验分享模式等方式,达成以合作对话实践为载体的新型医患关系模式的设想。Cooperative dialogue,which is a originally family-based group psychotherapy technology derived from postmodernism,has been applied in many fields,including education,community,supervision,coaching,organization and counseling,has been introduced into China in recent years,and attracts wide attention.On the basis of reviewing the related concepts of cooperative dialogue,the paper summarizes its practice process and application status,and puts forward a cooperative disease communication group based on the characteristics of doctor-patient relationship in China.A new doctor-patient relationship model based on the practice of cooperative dialogue is constructed by cooperative medical decision team.
