摘　　要：为推动医疗联合体建设,实现优质护理资源下沉,发挥优质资源在健康促进进程中的作用,通过构建联盟理事会,采用头脑风暴法,对联盟单位的工作范畴与职责进行界定。在区域内外13省(市)的32家医院建立了肺部疾病专科护理联盟,在胸外科护理、呼吸内科护理、肺部肿瘤护理、结核病护理4个专科方面,从护理质量控制、护理教研建设、护理人才培养、远程护理门诊4大方面,由联盟理事会进行监管与持续质量改进,对联盟内单位进行扶持与共建。通过构建各专科疾病的临床护理质量标准、SOP,构建专科疾病的区域内延续护理,在联盟内可实现临床护理同质化、专科护士的培训基地建设。To promote the construction of medical alliance, realize the sinking of high-quality nursing resources,and give full play to the role of high-quality resources in the process of health promotion,the study defines the scope of work and responsibilities of alliance units by building alliance council and adopting brainstorming method. Through the establishment of a special nursing alliance for lung diseases in 13 provinces or municipalities,and 32 hospitals within and outside the region,the council of the alliance supervises and continuously improves the quality of nursing from four aspects, i.e. nursing quality control,nursing teaching and research construction,nursing personnel training and tele-nursing outpatient clinics in the specialty directions of thoracic surgery nursing,respiratory medicine nursing, lung cancer nursing and tuberculosis nursing. Support and co-construction are carried out.Through the construction of clinical nursing quality standards and SOP for various specialty diseases, the regional continuing nursing for specialty diseases, the training base for specialty nurses and homogeneity of clinical nursing and talent training were built in the alliance.
