摘　　要：在上海市医改新政策环境下,二级公立医院的发展较三级医院和社区卫生服务中心面临更大的挑战。通过对上海市二级公立医院近三年的运营情况统计汇总,结合SWOT分析,提出相应对策,探索当前上海市二级公立医院的发展方向。With the deployment of Shanghai Medical Reform Policy,the development of secondary public hospitals is facing greater challenges than tertiary hospitals and community health service centers.Through SWOT analysis,and combing with 3-year statistics summary of the operation of Shanghai secondary public hospitals,the paper gives recommendations on development strategy of Shanghai secondary public hospitals,as well as corresponding countermeasures.
