摘　　要：输变电工程属于点状、廊道式工程,其建设必然导致电力通道与区域规划发生冲突,特别是与自然保护区的规划发生冲突,从而对自然保护区造成不利影响。因此,输变电工程的全过程环境保护管理成为关注的重点。结合工作实践,从电网规划、可研阶段、环境影响评价、设计阶段、施工阶段、试运行和运行阶段重点探讨涉及自然保护区输变电工程需关注的环境问题,以期为类似输变电工程的设计、环境影响评价等提供理论指导。The power transmission and transformation project belongs to the point-like and corridor-type project,and its construction will inevitably lead to conflicts between the power channel and the regional planning,especially the conflict with the planning of the nature reserve,thus causing adverse impact on the nature reserve.Therefore,whole process of environmental protection management of power transmission and transformation projects has become the focus of attention.Based on the work practices,this paper mainly discussed the environmental problems related to power transmission and transformation projects in nature reserves from the aspects of power grid planning,feasibility study,environmental impact assessment,design,construction,trial operation and operation,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the design,environmental impact assessment of similar power transmission and transformation projects.
