摘 要:针对传统棉织物冷轧堆漂白法耗时长和耗碱高等问题,研究复合氧漂活化体系在棉针织布冷轧堆漂白中的应用。通过单因素试验法和正交试验法探讨各漂白因素对棉织物白度和断裂强力的影响。结果表明:在室温30℃,复合氧漂剂质量浓度4 g/L,H 2O 2质量浓度32.5 g/L,NaOH质量浓度5 g/L,堆置时间7 h时,该棉氧漂活化体系可获得与常规冷轧堆氧漂工艺相当的织物白度,并明显减少织物强力损伤,提高前处理效率,为实践生产提供参考。To overcome the problems of long time consumption and large consumption of alkali of conventional pad-batch bleaching,it is intended to study the application of compound oxygen bleaching activation system in cold pad-batch of cotton knitted fabrics.The effects of bleaching factors on whiteness and breaking strength of fabrics were investigated via single factor test and orthogonal test.Results show that under the following process conditions of indoor temperature of 30℃,mass concentration of compound oxygen bleaching agent of 4 g/L,mass concentration of H 2O 2 of 32.5 g/L,mass concentration of NaOH of 5 g/L,and stacking time of 7 h,the cotton oxygen bleaching activation system can achieve fabric whiteness comparable to that achieved via conventional cold pad-batch oxygen bleaching process,significantly reduce fabric strength damage,and improve pretreatment efficiency,which is referable for practical production.
