摘 要:目的探讨甲状腺激素、血糖在初发重度甲状腺机能亢进症中的变化特点。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月期间在我院进行诊治的278例就诊人员作为研究对象,其中甲亢患者192例,甲减39例,47例甲状腺功能正常检查正常的健康查体人员作为对照组,另甲亢亚组分轻中重三组,分别测定观察指标空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)并分析比较各个组检测结果。结果甲亢组与对照组相比,FPG、HbA1c水平升高(P<0.05);甲减组与对照组相比,FPG水平降低,HbA1c水平未见明显差异。甲亢患者亚组分3组进行统计学分析,折线图示FPG及HbA1c在重度甲亢组中呈明显下降趋势,与轻度甲亢组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,重度甲亢组FPG与HbA1c差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论轻度甲亢空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白升高,重度甲亢空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白变化未见明显异常。Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone and blood glucose in primary severe hyperthyroidism.Methods 278 cases were included as the research object from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital,192 cases for hyperthyroidism,39 cases for hypothyroidism,47 cases of normal thyroid function as control group,the hyperthyroidism group was divided into three subgroups:mild,moderate and severe.The test iterms were measured:fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c).Results Compared with the control group,FPG and HbA1 c were increased in the hyperthyroidism group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FPG were decreased in the hypothyroidism group,while glycosylated hemoglobin levels were not significantly different.Statistical analysis was also conducted on the subgroup of hyperthyroidism.The broken line diagram showed that the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin was a downward trend in the severe hyperthyroidism group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the mild hyperthyroidism group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The changes of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with severe hyperthyroidism were not significantly different.
