摘　　要：综合气象观测业务运行信息化平台是以实现观测业务现代化为目标导向,以观测质量管理体系建设为核心理念,以覆盖观测全业务、支撑业务全流程为建设重点,基于气象大数据云平台数据支撑环境,整合原有分散独立的业务系统,重构集装备业务运行质量控制、数据业务运行质量控制、技术发展及技术支撑等功能为一体的综合观测业务运行信息化平台,实现装备全生命周期信息化管理、观测数据全流程质量控制、产品加工及应用智能化服务,实现各级业务和管理部门信息共享和协同工作。The integrated meteorological observation service operation information platform is aimed at realizing the modernization of observation business,taking the construction of observation quality management system as the core concept,covering the whole process of observing the whole business and supporting the business as the construction focus,based on the data support of the meteorological big data cloud platform.Environment,integrate the original decentralized independent business system,reconstruct the integrated observation service operation information platform integrating equipment operation quality control,data service operation quality control,technology development and technical support,and realize the equipment life cycle information Management,observation of data quality control,product processing and application of intelligent services,to achieve information sharing and collaborative work at all levels of business and management.
