摘 要:为研究硼酸和溴化钾两种引发剂对黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,设置不同浓度梯度和引发时间,分析其对黄芩种子发芽势、发芽率、简化活力指数及幼苗株高、根长等指标的影响。结果表明,在适宜引发时间和浓度下,硼酸及溴化钾两种引发剂均对黄芩种子萌发有一定促进作用,但引发时间过长或过短以及浓度过高反而有抑制作用。硼酸和溴化钾引发黄芩种子萌发的最适条件分别为150 mg/L引发6 h和1. 00 g/L引发18 h。幼苗生长方面,硼酸处理较对照组株高略小,根长显著提高;溴化钾处理较对照组株高与根长均有不同程度提高。该结果可为有效提高黄芩种子的萌发率、指导黄芩生产提供理论依据。The objective of this study was to study the effects of two kinds of initiators including boric acid and potassium bromide on the germination and growth of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds. Different concentration gradients and initiation time were set to analyze their effects on germination potential,germination rate,simplified vitality index and seedling height,root length and other indexes. The results showed that under the suitable initiation time and concentration,both the boric acid and potassium bromide initiators promoted the germination of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds;but if the initiation time was too long or too short,and the concentration was too high,it would be inhibited. The optimum conditions for Scutellaria baicalensis seeds germination induced by boric acid and potassium bromide were 150 mg/L for 6 h and 1. 00 g/L for 18 h,respectively.In terms of seedling growth,the plant height under boric acid treatment was slightly lower than that of the control group,but the root length increased significantly. Potassium bromide treatment increased the plant height and root length to different degrees compared with the control group. The results could provide theoretical references for effectively improving the germination rate of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds and guiding the cultivation and production of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
