摘 要:伴随着企业信息化工作的不断开展,信息化与企业业务的深度融合对信息系统的运维提出了更高的要求。为企业提供高效率、高质量的信息服务保障运维工作是IT部门核心工作内容之一。基于此,笔者简要说明了目前国内外信息化行业运维的状况,分析了在运维工作开展过程中企业IT部门遇到的共性问题,并以此为基础描述了实现自动化运维的架构,探索了在该架构基础上企业数据中心硬件基础设施以及关键应用的自动监控、状态巡检,服务器操作系统的一键部署,负载的数值分析等自动化运维的方法。With the continuous development of enterprise information work,the deep integration of information and enterprise business puts forward higher requirements for the operation and maintenance of information system.It is one of the core work of IT department to provide high-efficiency and high-quality information services for enterprises to guarantee operation and maintenance.Based on this,the authors briefly describe the current operation and maintenance status of the information industry at home and abroad,analyze the common problems encountered by IT departments in the process of operation and maintenance,and based this,the architecture of automatic operation and maintenance is described.It explores the methods of automatic monitoring and inspection of the hardware infrastructure and key applications of enterprise data center,one key deployment of server operating system,numerical analysis of load and other automatic operation and maintenance.
