摘　　要：公共图书馆是居民提升自身知识水平、熏陶人文素养的重要场所,承担着促进教育发展的社会职能。我国某些地区的教育资源十分稀缺,公共图书馆也是不可多得的自修场所。公共图书馆的普及有利于促进地区的公共文化建设,进而推动教育公平。但目前许多地区的公共图书馆长期存在一些管理服务的问题,导致收效甚微。基于此,笔者从读者借阅记录的个性化信息推荐角度,研究提升公共图书馆服务效能的方法。The public library is an important place for residents to improve their knowledge and cultivate humanities,and it is responsible for promoting the development of education.In some areas of China,educational resources are very scarce,and public libraries are also rare places for self-study,which is conducive to promoting the construction of public culture in the region and then promoting educational equity.However,there are long-standing problems in the management services of public libraries in many regions,which have resulted in little effect.Based on this si tuation,the author briefly discusses how to improve the efficiency of public library services from the perspective of personalized information recommendation research based on reader borrowing records.
