摘　　要：建设研究型大学是众多高校的发展方向,但却忽视了大学首先的任务是培养高素质的专业人才。专业化的教学能力是指教师如何有效地把知识传递给学生。俄罗斯高等教育的教师教学能力不尽如人意,引起学生和学生家长的不满。随着科学信息的日益增长,高等教育大众化,职业教育现实化等的促动,俄罗斯高等教育的教师急需进行教学能力的训练。Many colleges and universities regard research-oriented university as their development goal,but ignore the primary task of a university to train high-qualified professionals.Professional teaching ability refers to how a teacher can effectively impart knowledge to students.In Russia,the teaching ability for higher education is not satisfactory to students and parents.Along with the increase in scientific information,popularity of higher education and practice of vocational education,it is urgent for Russian teachers in higher education to receive special training for enhancing their teaching ability.
