摘　　要：为实现不同应用场所的定位,开发一款基于北斗和移动互联的组合定位监管平台,采用北斗GIS的应用开发,集合网络数据库技术,前端数据采集技术以及移动互联技术等共同构建。用户可以根据自己的需要在此平台下进行功能完善,进行二次应用开发,可针对不同行业、不同部门快速实现功能定制等。整个系统分为移动控制终端、系统服务端和定位信号设备终端,本文主要就移动控制终端的设计进行分析。In order to realize the positioning of different application sites,a combined positioning monitoring platform based on Beidou and mobile interconnection is developed.The platform is constructed by the application development of Beidou GIS,the technology of collecting network database,the front-end data acquisition technology and mobile interconnection technology.Users can improve their functions in this platform according to their own needs,carry out secondary application development,and quickly realize functional customization for different industries and departments.The whole system is divided into mobile control terminal,system service terminal and positioning signal device terminal.This paper mainly analyses the design of mobile control terminal.
