摘 要:随着工业设备的轻量化,传统的永磁电机设计已不能满足要求,新型电机的开发已成为电机工业生产的重要组成部分。本文提出了一种基于优质磁极材料和改进的永磁磁极布置的自起动永磁同步电动机。同时采用Halbach结构进行磁化。分析了永磁同步电动机的基本原理,并结合电动机的主要技术指标。通过改变定子铁心槽的宽度和深度以及定子和转子的长度,分析了不同参数对低功率高效率电机性能的影响,实现了电机参数的优化。通过Maxwell有限元仿真研究电机的转矩和电流波形,并观察了电磁转矩波动。对电机定子电流进行谐波分析,验证了方案的可行性。With the lightweight of industrial equipment,the traditional design of permanent magnet motor can not meet the requirements,and the development of new motor has become an important part of the motor industry.In this paper,a self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor based on high-quality pole material and improved permanent magnet pole arrangement is proposed.At the same time,Halbach structure is used for magnetization.The basic principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is analyzed,and the main technical specifications of PMSM are combined.By changing the width and depth of stator core groove and the length of stator and rotor,the influence of different parameters on the performance of low power and high efficiency motor is analyzed,and the optimization of motor parameters is realized.The torque and current waveforms of the motor are studied by Maxwell finite element simulation,and the electromagnetic torque fluctuation is observed.The harmonic analysis of motor stator current verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
