摘 要:目的探讨同质化健康教育方式对先天性巨结肠患儿健康教育效果的影响。方法将2017年1月-7月本院收治的29例先天性巨结肠患儿作为对照组,实施常规口头宣教并发放健康教育手册自行学习。将2018年1月-7月本院收治的29例先天性巨结肠患儿作为观察组,实施同质化健康宣教及效果评估。比较两组患儿家属在饮食、扩肛、排便、用药相关知识的掌握程度及满意度。结果对照组饮食项目得分(81.03±13.78)分,观察组饮食项目得分(91.41±7.8)分(P<0.05);对照组的扩肛项目得分为(74.14±15.93)分,观察组扩肛项目得分(82.52±11.52)分(P<0.05);对照组排便项目得分(78.48±9.89)分,观察组排便项目得分(84.24±10.8)分(P<0.05);对照组用药项目得分(82.75±8.72)分,观察组用药项目得分(88.10±9.39)分(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过同质化健康教育,患儿家属更易掌握先天性巨结肠患儿在饮食、扩肛、排便、用药方面的相关照护知识,提高了患儿家属照护的依从性,为先天性巨结肠患儿宣教方式的选择提供了理论依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the influence on standardized health education in children who is suffering from Hirschsprung’s disease(HD).Methods The 29 children with hirschsprung’s disease treated in our hospital from January to July 2017 were used as control group to conduct routine oral education and issue health education manuals to learn by themselves.The 29 children with hirschsprung’s disease treated in our hospital from January to July 2018 were used as the observation group to implement homogeneous health education and effect education comparing the mastery and satisfaction of family members of children in the two groups with knowledge about diet,and expansion defecation,and medication.Results The scores of dietary items in the control group were 81.03±13.78,those in the experimental group were 91.41±7.8(P<0.05);those in the control group were 74.14±15.93,and those in the experimental group were 82.52±11.52(P<0.05);those in the control group were 78.48±9.89,respectively.The score of defecation items in the experimental group was 84.24±10.8(P<0.05);the score of medication items in the control group was 82.75±8.72;the score of medication items in the experimental group was 88.10±9.39(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By standardized health education,the family members of children who is suffering from HD was more likely to master the relevant care knowledge of diet,anal expansion,defecation and medication,which improved the compliance of the children’s family members and this provided a theoretical basis for the selection of teaching methods for children who is suffering from Hirschsprung’s Disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
