摘 要:针对传统解析方法计算螺杆曲面加工用盘铣刀的廓形问题,提出利用共轭曲面的数字仿真原理的求解策略.将螺杆加工用盘铣刀的廓形计算问题转化为无约束的优化问题,提出基于遗传算法的求解思路和具体实现方法,给出促进收敛性的具体措施,并对求解过程与结果进行了分析.结果表明,遗传算法能够可靠地实现该无约束优化问题最(近)优解的求取,可为螺杆加工用盘铣刀精确廓形的获得提供一种原理简单的方法和操作可行的途径.Aiming at the problem that the traditional analytical method is very difficult to calculate the shape of the disc milling cutter for screw surface machining,the solving strategy of using the theory of numerical simulation of conjugate surface is proposed.Transforming the calculation problem of the profile of the disc milling cutter for screw machining into an unconstrained optimization problem,the solution idea and specific implementation method based on genetic algorithm are proposed,the specific measures to promote convergence are given,and the solution process and results are analyzed.The results show that the genetic algorithm can reliably achieve the optimal solution(sub-optimal solution)of the unconstrained optimization problem,which can provide a simple method and feasible way for the accurate profile of the disc milling cutter for screw machining.
