摘　　要：西汉在边郡设立“部都尉”,协助郡太守负责边郡防务。据《汉书·地理志》记载,西汉上郡高望县和望松县各有一个北部都尉。此记载明显有误。西汉上郡北部都尉只有一个,治高望县城。从政区地理、考古学和军事地理学视角分析,西汉上郡北部都尉府驻地--高望县故城应是今内蒙古杭锦旗东南隅的吉尔庙汉代古城。The government of Western Han Dynasty set up a military agency named Bu Duwei in the border county,which assisted the county prefect in the defense of the border area.According to the records of Han Shu,Gaowang and Wangsong in Shang County both had a Northern Duwei.This record is obviously wrong.There was only one Northern Duwei of Shang County,which was located in Gaowang.From the perspective of political geography,archaeology and military geography,the garrison of the Northern Duwei of Shang County of Western Han Dynasty should be the Jiermiao ancient city,which is located in the southeast of Hangjin Banner,Inner Mongolia.
