吉林市冰雪产业发展现状与政策进路

摘　　要：随着冬奥会申办成功,中国冰雪产业呈现出迅猛发展势头。吉林市具有丰富的冰雪资源,是中国冰雪产业发展的重要支撑城市。当前,吉林市的冰雪产业发展趋势较好,且面临着重大机遇,但发展中也存在一定的问题,如缺乏对产业结构科学合理的规划、产业基础薄弱、相关配套和运营机制不完善、冰雪旅游品牌营销亟须规划、冰雪赛事数量和质量有待提高、冰雪运动的群众参与率不高以及人才供需矛盾突出等。因此,要推动吉林市冰雪产业发展,需要加强基础设施建设、大力促进冰雪旅游业发展、加快冰雪体育运动产业建设。在此基础上,政府相关部门应在合理规划冰雪产业运营模式、保证冰雪产品的优质供给、提高冰雪产业融资水平、发挥行业协会的主体作用、打造良好的营商环境等方面给予相应的政策支持。With the successful bidding for the Winter Olympic Games,ice and snow industry of China has shown a very rapid development momentum.The ice and snow resources of Jilin city is rich,Jilin city is an important supporting city for the development of ice and snow industry in China.At present,the development trend of ice and snow industry in Jilin city is good,and it is facing great opportunities.However,there are still some problems in the development of ice and snow industry in Jilin City.For example,the lack of scientific and reasonable planning of industrial structure,the weakness of industrial foundation,the imperfect related supporting and operation mechanism,the urgent need for overall planning of brand marketing in ice and snow tourism,the low number and quality of ice and snow events,the low participation rate of ice and snow sports,and the contradiction between talent supply and demand.Therefore,in order to promote the development of ice and snow industry in Jilin City,we need to strengthen the infrastructure construction,promote the development of ice and snow tourism industry vigorously,and strengthen the construction of ice and snow sports industry.On this basis,the corresponding policy support should be provided in the aspects of reasonably planning the operation mode of ice and snow industry,ensuring the high-quality supply of ice and snow products,improving the financing level of ice and snow industry,giving full play to the main role of industry associations,and creating a good business environment.
