侯江红教授治疗小儿泄泻用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的分析侯江红教授治疗小儿泄泻的用药规律。方法对2016年6月至2019年4月门诊病历中186张处方进行描述性统计分析,并同时对药物归经、功效分类、四气、五味进行频率分析。结果侯江红教授治疗小儿泄泻过程中多用健脾、运脾药物(茯苓、白术、苍术、白扁豆等),以补虚药、利水渗湿药、化湿药类为主;药物多为温性,五味多为辛、甘。结论侯江红教授治疗小儿泄泻以益气健脾,温中暖胃为主,药性多温,主归脾胃两经。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Professor Hou Jianghong in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods Totally 186 prescriptions in the outpatient medical records from June 2016 to April 2019 were collected for descriptive statistical analysis,and the frequency of meridian tropism,efficacy classification,four Qi and five flavors of drugs was analyzed at the same time.Results In Prof.Hou Jianghong′s treatment for children′s diarrhea,many drugs(Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,lentils,etc.)were used to strengthen the spleen and transport the spleen,mainly including tonic drugs,diuretic drugs and dampness-resolving drugs;most of the drugs were warm,and the flavors of the drugs were mostly pungent and sweet.Conclusion Professor Hou Jianghong′s treatment for infantile diarrhea is mainly based on invigorating Qi and spleen and warming the stomach.The drugs are mainly mild in nature and function through spleen and stomach.
