利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对其血清免疫球蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对其血清免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法选取我院儿科2017年12月至2019年2月确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎患儿116例,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。两组均采用常规对症治疗方法,观察组在此基础上给予利巴韦林雾化吸入进行辅助治疗,两组疗程均为5 d。观察疗效并对比分析对其血清免疫球蛋白水平的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组体温恢复、疱疹消失以及咽痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清IgA、IgG、IgM均上升且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.38%(53/58),高于对照组77.59%(45/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,可增强患儿免疫功能,疗效佳,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of atomization inhalation of ribavirin in the treatment of infantile herpangina and its effect on serum immunoglobulin level.Methods Totally 116 children diagnosed with herpangina from December 2017 to February 2019 in pediatrics department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 58 cases each.Both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy,and the observation group was treated with atomization inhalation of ribavirin on the basis of this,with a course of treatment of 5d in both groups.The therapeutic effect was observed and the serum immunoglobulin levels were compared and analyzed.Results The time of recovery of body temperature,disappearance of herpes and disappearance of sore throat in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were increased and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.38%(53/58),which was higher than that in the control group(77.59%,45/58)(P<0.05).Conclusion The atomization inhalation of ribavirin can enhance the immune function of children with herpangina.The effect is good and it is worthy of clinical application.
