摘 要:主要航海和造船国家均有自己的锚链标准/规范。虽然各标准在主要概念和使用上基本相同,但在具体的定义、选材、尺寸公差和设计方面仍有差异,给设计单位、船厂和锚链配套企业的材料选用和生产锚链带来了诸多困扰。此外,在长期使用过程中,也发现了这些标准中的一些与实际情况或使用不匹配的问题,亟待梳理与升级。文章主要从材料等级、设计尺寸和制造公差3个方面分析了各个国家现行标准和船级社规范对船用锚链的异同点,为船用锚链标准的统一和进一步标准化提供了依据。Major shipping and shipbuilding countries have their own anchor chain standards/specifications.Although the standards are basically the same in terms of main concepts and uses,there are still differences in specific definitions,selection of materials,dimensional tolerances and design,which has brought a lot of material selection and production of anchor chains to design units,shipyards and anchor chain supporting companies troubled.In addition,in the long-term use process,some of these standards have also been found to be inconsistent with the actual situation or use,and need to be sorted out and upgraded.The article analyzes the similarities and differences between the current national standards and classification society codes for marine anchor chains from three aspects of material grades,design dimensions and manufacturing tolerances,providing a basis for the unification and further standardization of marine anchor chain standards.
