摘 要:文章采用柠檬酸络合法制备了钙钛矿型催化剂,研究K、Ce部分掺杂取代LaMnO3中的A、B位后对柴油车尾气净化催化剂四效催化性能的影响。并通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱以及活性评价实验,对催化剂的活性进行评价。结果显示,优选出的La0.5K0.5Mn0.7Ce0.3O3四效催化性能最佳。分析表明,K和Ce成功掺入钙钛矿的晶格内;K的掺入有效改善了催化剂的团聚现象,使催化剂变得疏松多孔,增大了与反应烟气的接触,进而提高了催化剂的催化活性,大大降低了碳烟的起燃温度;Ce部分取代La0.5K0.5MnO3中的Mn,进一步改善催化剂的团聚现象的同时,使催化剂中存在CeO2,有利于提高CO的去除率。Perovskite type catalysts were prepared by the citric acid sol-gel method,to study the effect of four-way catalytic performance of LaMnO3 after being partial substituted by K on the A-site,and by Ce on the B-site.The structures and physicochemical properties for these catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR)and activity evaluation test.Results showed that La0.5K0.5Mn0.7Ce0.3O3 had the best four-way catalytic performance.The analysis shows that K and Ce are incorporated into the perovskite lattice successfully.K substitution at the A-site in LaMnO3 improved the agglomeration of catalyst effectively,made the catalyst becomes loose and porous,and increased the contact with the reaction gas,thereby increasing the activity of the catalyst,and greatly reduced the ignition temperature of the soot.Ce substitution at the B-site in La0.5K0.5MnO3 improved the agglomeration further,and produced a CeO2 phase,which is conductive to improve the removal rate of CO.
